Appen tilgår ikke kunders navne, adresser, telefonnumre eller e-mailadresser.
Ordredata hentes direkte fra Shopify, behandles midlertidigt for at beregne statistik og gemmes ikke i appens database.
Oplysninger behandles kun for at levere appens funktioner, administrere rabatkampagner, synkronisere med Shopify og vise kampagnestatistik til forhandleren.
Oplysninger anvendes ikke til markedsføring, videresalg, profilering eller automatiske beslutninger med juridisk eller tilsvarende væsentlig virkning for kunder.
Forhandleren er dataansvarlig for kundedata, der behandles gennem Shopify. Dynamiq ApS behandler disse oplysninger på forhandlerens vegne som databehandler, efter dokumenterede instrukser og kun til de formål, der er beskrevet her og i de gældende appvilkår eller databehandleraftalen.
Appen hostes på en selvadministreret DigitalOcean-server med Nginx, Node.js og PostgreSQL. DigitalOcean anvendes som infrastrukturleverandør og underdatabehandler.
Data overføres via krypterede HTTPS-forbindelser. Adgang til systemer og lagrede oplysninger er begrænset til autoriserede personer og beskyttet med tekniske og organisatoriske sikkerhedsforanstaltninger.
Appen anvender ikke Google Analytics, PostHog, Sentry, Plausible eller lignende tredjeparts analysetjenester.
Interne analyser bruger alene ordrebeløb, valuta, vareantal og anvendte rabatter hentet fra Shopify. Oplysningerne bruges kun til at vise kampagneperformance til forhandleren.
Appen anvender ikke kundedata til annoncering eller markedsføring, sælger ikke personoplysninger og deler dem ikke med tredjeparter til deres egne formål.
Appen foretager ikke automatiske beslutninger om kunder med juridisk eller tilsvarende væsentlig virkning.
Ordredata behandles midlertidigt og gemmes ikke i appens database.
OAuth-sessioner slettes ved afinstallation. Øvrige butiks- og kampagnedata slettes automatisk, når Shopify sender den obligatoriske shop/redact-webhook. Appen håndterer desuden Shopifys obligatoriske webhooks for customers/data_request og customers/redact.

This Privacy Policy explains how DNMQ Discounts, owned and operated by Dynamiq ApS, processes information when merchants use the application.

The app does not access customer names, email addresses, postal addresses or phone numbers.
Order data is obtained directly from Shopify, processed temporarily to calculate analytics and is not stored in the app's database.
Information is processed only to provide the app's functionality, manage discount campaigns, synchronize with Shopify and display campaign analytics to the merchant.
Information is not used for marketing, sale, profiling or automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on customers.
The merchant is the controller of customer data processed through Shopify. Dynamiq ApS processes this information on the merchant's behalf as a processor, following documented instructions and only for the purposes described here and in the applicable app terms or data processing agreement.
The application is hosted on a self-managed DigitalOcean server using Nginx, Node.js and PostgreSQL. DigitalOcean acts as an infrastructure provider and subprocessor.
Data is transmitted through encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to systems and stored information is restricted to authorized personnel and protected through technical and organizational security measures.
No external analytics providers such as Google Analytics, PostHog, Sentry or Plausible are used.
Internal analytics use only order totals, currencies, item quantities and applied discounts obtained from Shopify. This information is used solely to display campaign performance to the merchant.
The app does not use customer information for advertising or marketing, does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
The app does not make automated decisions about customers that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Order data is processed temporarily and is not stored in the app's database.
OAuth sessions are removed when the app is uninstalled. Remaining shop and campaign data are automatically deleted when Shopify delivers the mandatory shop/redact webhook. The application also handles Shopify's mandatory customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks.
